Kosciuszko Mound - hero of Polish wars of independence (as well as American, wasn`t he?) - to best way to get there is to walk from Salwator (5 minutes by tram from Old Town) - it takes about half an hour but it is a beautiful walk in each season of the year [find it on a map below].
