Cmentarz Rakowicki
Rakowicki Cemetery is the national monument of great historic and artistic value. One of the best known cemetereis in Poland. Founded at the begining of 19th century is the resting place of many notable citizens of Krakow.
The are also victims of First and Second World War buried here (e.g. all Allied pilots shot down over Poland and Soviet soldiers killed during thier attack on Krakow in 1945).
